HEPTAMARAN MODULAR PONTOON FRAME - BASIC, 150mm STOCK

A single piece, fabricated aluminium, HEPTAMARAN MODULAR PONTOON FRAME - BASIC, 150mm STOCK module, designed to accept 7 x CUTLASS type float units (shown with floats, but priced separately). Use as work rafts, mooring pontoons, or floating home base components, with the benefit of the upgraded 150mm tall framing leaving a 50mm clearance cavity above the tops of the floats, allowing for float top expansion and contraction, utilty runs, and insulation space. All frames include fixings for float attachment and frame-to-frame connection, but bolted together arrays rely on rails, side panels, or a cabin structure for real vertebral stiffness. If using as part of a finger mooring network or multi-mod jetty, utilise articulated joints from our 'Connection' product range for simple and flexible assembly.

- When using as a single module raft, choose one framing unit, remembering to also pick 7 x CUTLASS type floats of your choice (6mm wall, 8mm wall, and foam filled versions available).

- For multi-module pontoons, houseboats, and floating home bases, see image three describing cumulative lengths and float count of connected modules. Add 7 x of your choice of CUTLASS type float units per framing module used to achieve your desired length.

- If using as part of a finger mooring network, multi-mod jetty or floating walkway, again remember to add 7 x CUTLASS type floats per framing module, then pick from our selection of articulated jointing components, access ramps, mooring accessories, as well as decking and trim.
